AUSTIN, Texas — Arkansas basketball head coach Mark Few announced Wednesday that he will remain optimistic during postgame interviews with reporters and fans.
The Razorbacks are scheduled to play in the third round of the NCAA Tournament at the Toyota Center in Houston on Friday.
But Few, who has led Arkansas to a record of 27-4 and second-place in the SEC West, said he’s not worried about facing a second round opponent.
“We’ve got to go out and compete and keep working, keep grinding, keep going in that process,” Few said.
“We’re in that stage right now.
We’re playing our best basketball, and we’re going to keep doing that.”
Arkland fans can expect a full slate of regular-season home games against Texas Tech and Kentucky.
Last season, Arkansas defeated Texas Tech, 74-69, in the NCAA title game.
