The green-coated Texas coach, the nation’s most-popular coach with nearly 17 million Twitter followers, will be wearing the Longhorns’ black fridays on Sunday for the first time in over two decades.
The Longhorns wore their green-coloured uniforms and headgear for the 2017-18 season, when they finished the regular season 8-6 and lost to Oklahoma.
The school’s new uniforms will be worn on the home floor on Sunday.
The green-Colored Hat, which the school wore in the 1950s, was discontinued in 1976.
